No I am not going to contact an HP dealer and pay to have it fixed,
because eventually you (HP) will cave into the pressure and add the TX
to a limited extended warranty also. And the only way that will happen
is enough of us UPSET and DISSAPPOINTED customers complain and tell you
guys that we are not happy with your piss poor policies.

 

The problem IS THE SAME PROBLEM, and it needs to be FIXED.

 

I am not happy and I am at the point I will never buy HP ever again. Not
a laptop, not a scanner, not a server (which i was looking into
purchasing for my client), nothing. You guys lost all my respect from
this. And I will make sure others know of this. I will make sure that I
get all TX series owners whom have this issue complain and maketheir
disappointment known as well. I have already been in contact with MANY
other TX series owners with this very same issue who are ALSO VERY
UPSET!

 

Please escalate this. I will continue to take this further otherwise.

 

Fix my laptop!

 

PLEASE PASS THIS TO YOUR SUPERIORS! I will not stop with my complaints,
nor will the MANY OTHER TX SERIES OWNERS WHO HAVE THE SAME ISSUES!
