I will never deal with HP again on any issues what-so-ever, for myself,
my family, nor my business.

You lost all trust in you guys for this bullshit. You KNOW full well you
have a flaw and are now ignoring its existence. I hope enough of us can
get together to get a class action lawsuit for this.

I guess in the mean time i wait for the complaints about this product
line to keep coming in until you finally ad this to the growing number
of product lines for THE SAME RECALL.
